Easy foundation piecing. I did have some problems keeping the width of the narrow sections uniform but ran out of time. I may redo this one at a later time.

Trace or print the block diagram onto foundation paper, number and cut out sections as in the photo. (You can click on the photo to see a larger version.)

Foundation piece the numbered sections. I iron the unnumbered sections onto freezer paper to stabilize them for piecing. Trim all seam allowances to 1/4".

Sew together the three pieced sections.

Add the side strips, then the top and bottom strips.
