I spent the WHOLE day yesterday working on Jane.
Can you see that I've even started attaching the triangles?
(For those with questions: After you've assembled the top, you have to add a 1/4" (yes 1/4"!) border all the way around or the triangle border will not fit.)

Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful! Can't wait to see her finished!
ReplyDeleteit's funny how I just happened on to your blog right now because I am at exactly the same place on my Jane as you are. Adding that little 1/4" border before putting the triangle border on. I have all 4 of my triangle's ready to put on and will work on them today. Isn't a great feeling of accomplishment to even get this far? Good luck and I'll be checking in to see yours when it's finished. Stitches
ReplyDeleteIsn't it just a lovely feeling?! I can still remember the pure joy, even before I got the triangles on. I am hoping... to be able to start handquilting it soon. Just need to finish a few other things... Love the colours on your DJ!
