Looking great! I just got back to working on mine, too. Not as far along as you, but I hope to finish this in 2012.
Do you find that the blocks come out much bigger than they should be? I have trimmed mine down to 5 to 5.5 inches, and I figure I will be adding a sashing of some kind when the whole thing is done.
